Forty are SIA-licensed and can be rostered, and about 10 have cars for patrol routes. Each has passed BS 7858 screening and is paid on PAYE. Shifts are tracked by GPS book-on and every patrol produces a digital report your facilities team can file. Tech and communications firms usually need controlled entry, visitor management and CCTV monitoring by an NSI Gold accredited monitoring centre. Wholesalers are better served by gatehouse control and night patrols around loading bays. Professional services offices often settle on reception security, key holding and alarm response. Builders on the eight mapped construction sites can choose CCTV towers or static guards. 40 SIA-licensed officers within 10 miles 5,090 Registered businesses in Watford 41 Warehouse buildings mapped within 5 km 8 Active construction sites mapped within 5 km ### Estates and shopping centres in Watford - **Industrial & business parks:** Fisher Industrial Estate, Wiggenhall Industrial Estate, Riverside Works, Imperial Park, Imperial Way/Colonial Way Industrial Area and Empire Centre - **Retail parks & shopping centres:** The Harlequin, Waterfields Shopping Park, Century Retail Park, Colne Valley Retail Park, Arches Retail Park and Woodside Leisure Park - **Hospitals:** Watford General Hospital and Spire Bushey Hospital - **Rail stations:** Watford High Street, Watford Junction, Bushey, Watford and Watford North ### Venues & Martyn's Law Watford Palace Theatre, Watford Colosseum and Vicarage Road Stadium are among the larger local venues.
