Construction just leads with 530, with professional services close behind on 525 and hospitality on 320. Hospitality accounts for 10.1% of the register, well above the British 6.5%, and that is where evening door cover matters most. The motor trade, at 4.4% against 3.0%, adds forecourts that suit CCTV towers and overnight patrols. Officers for Saltburn bookings come from our wider North Yorkshire and Teesside network. Every one holds an SIA licence, passes BS 7858 vetting and is paid on PAYE, never through a subcontracting agency. Security Requirements in Saltburn-By-The-Sea ## Small stations and a seaside evening trade The map around Saltburn-by-the-Sea shows a short run of three stations, Saltburn, Marske and Longbeck, alongside East Cleveland Hospital. Commercial sites sit a little apart at Skelton Industrial Estate, Marske Trading Estate, the Saw Mill and Skelton Park. That leaves two distinct jobs for security. In the evening, 26 licensed premises and the arts venues draw people in. After closing, units on the trading estates and two mapped building sites are better served by patrols and alarm response.
