Rochester businesses sometimes need help they did not plan for: a shopfront smashed overnight, a contractor's compound left open, an alarm nobody can attend. Our 24/7 control room arranges guards, key holders and patrols across Medway when that happens.

The Brook Theatre, Medway Little Theatre and the Platform 26 conference space all draw audiences locally. Premises hosting 200 or more people are expected to take on Martyn's Law duties in 2027, and our event and door teams can help organisers with them. What Martyn's Law means for venues.
