A nightclub depends on door supervisors and a clear search and admission policy, a cinema on calm staff support, and a theatre company on stewarding when audiences arrive and leave together. With 26 pubs, bars and clubs within 5km as well, evenings are when much of the town's security work happens. Go Security supplies SIA-licensed officers, event stewarding and late patrols, all coordinated through a 24/7 control room. - Alhambra, Warehouse Night Club and Penrith Players nearby - Martyn's Law readiness for venues of 200 or more - 26 pubs, bars and clubs within 5km - Recent recorded crime down 62% on a year earlier Get a Quote [View Penrith on OpenStreetMap](https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=Penrith%2C%20Cumbria) Penrith Business Profile ## Business in Westmorland and Furness Westmorland and Furness has 11,495 registered businesses, and agriculture leads by a distance with 2,395. Farming makes up 20.8% of local firms, more than four times the 4.5% British share. Construction follows with 1,555 and hospitality with 1,155. For the farming community, rural mobile patrols and solar CCTV towers suit yards and machinery stores that sit far from mains power and neighbours. Hospitality, the third largest sector, ties closely to the venue and events theme: pubs, restaurants and hotels need door supervision and evening cover. Utilities are a little above average too, at 1.0% against 0.6%, and critical sites like these call for dedicated guarding and remote CCTV monitoring. All officers we deploy are BS 7858 vetted, paid through PAYE and booked on by GPS. 11,495 Registered businesses in Westmorland and Furness 6 Active construction sites mapped within 5 km 26 Pubs, bars & nightclubs within 5 km ### Business parks and retail around Penrith - **Industrial & business parks:** Milestone House Business Park, Eden Business Park, Gilwilly Industrial Estate, East Lakes Business Park, Penrith Industrial Estate and Skirsgill Business Park - **Retail parks & shopping centres:** Devonshire Shopping Aracde and Castle Retail Park - **Hospitals:** Penrith Hospital - **Rail stations:** Penrith (North Lakes) ### Venues & Martyn's Law Penrith's venues include the Alhambra cinema, the Warehouse Night Club and Penrith Players.
