Police Scotland publishes Scottish crime data separately, in a format that does not line up with Police.uk. Instead of presenting incomplete numbers, we leave them out. To understand the risk at a particular property, our free on-site security audit uses a 25-point checklist to assess entry points, lighting, alarm coverage, and the times your building is left unattended. North Berwick Security FAQs ## Frequently asked questions ### Can you provide a door supervisor for a hotel function in North Berwick? Hospitality makes up 8.3% of East Lothian businesses, above the British share. We supply SIA-licensed door supervisors for functions, weddings and busy evenings, booked through our control room and logged digitally. ### What do you suggest for a unit on Heugh Road Industrial Estate? Units on Heugh Road Industrial Estate or Mill Walk Business Park are often empty at night. Key holding with alarm response is the usual starting point, adding patrols or a POD intruder alarm where a building lacks monitoring. ### Can you protect farm machinery around North Berwick? Agriculture accounts for 8.3% of East Lothian firms, nearly double the national rate. Solar CCTV towers watch yards without mains power, and rural mobile patrols at varied times add a visible check. ### Why are there no crime statistics here? Police.uk does not hold Scottish data; Police Scotland publishes its own. Our free audit, worth £250, assesses your premises directly so recommendations are based on your building rather than area averages. ### Which other towns do you cover nearby? We cover East Linton at 6 miles, Haddington at 7 miles and Dunbar at 9 miles, so businesses with premises in more than one East Lothian town can keep a single provider.
