Construction is the largest sector with 4,020, agriculture is close behind at 3,775 and professional services follows at 2,700. Farming represents 14.8% of firms against a British average of 4.5%, so rural mobile patrols and solar-powered towers are central to much of our Cornish work. Utilities, at 1% compared with 0.6%, bring a need for critical-site guarding and remote monitoring. Every officer we place in Hayle is SIA-licensed, cleared to BS 7858 and paid on PAYE. Visits are recorded through GPS book-on and summarised in a digital report, which gives solar operators and landowners proof of each perimeter check. Alarm activations route to our in-house control room, staffed 24/7, which escalates to keyholders or police according to your instructions. 25,580 Registered businesses in Cornwall 11 Active construction sites mapped within 5 km 23 Pubs, bars & nightclubs within 5 km ### Named sites close to Hayle - **Industrial & business parks:** Guildford Road Industrial Estate, Hayle Industrial Park and Nanterrow Farm - **Hospitals:** St. Michael's Hospital - **Rail stations:** Hayle, Lelant, Lelant Saltings, St Erth and Carbis Bay Sources: Go Security officer network (counts rounded to the nearest 5); ONS UK Business Counts via Nomis; place data © [OpenStreetMap contributors](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright).
