Ellesmere Business Park, Cargotec Industrial Park and manufacturers such as Fabdec and Fullwood Packo give Ellesmere a working industrial edge. We patrol, guard and monitor those sites and the farms around them.
Trusted Protection in Ellesmere
The named commercial sites within 5km of Ellesmere read like a list of working businesses rather than shops: Ellesmere Business Park, Cargotec Industrial Park, Fabdec Ltd., Fullwood Packo and Lakeside Coaches, plus the Wharf Meadow treatment works. Coach yards hold vehicles overnight, factories hold equipment and stock, and utility sites need their perimeters watched. We match each with the right tool, whether a patrol, a CCTV tower, a static officer or alarm response through our 24/7 control room.
Ellesmere Business Profile
Shropshire lists 15,925 registered businesses, and agriculture tops the count at 3,095. That is 19.4% of all firms, more than four times the British 4.5%. Construction follows on 2,045 and professional services on 1,955. The motor trade is also slightly above average at 3.7% against 3.0%, which brings forecourts and vehicle yards that suit towers and overnight checks.
Ellesmere bookings are staffed from our wider Shropshire and borders network. Officers carry SIA licences, have passed BS 7858 vetting and receive PAYE wages, so no subcontractor stands between you and the person on site. Our control room confirms each arrival by GPS, and you get a digital patrol report recording what was inspected and anything that needed attention.

Those premises are busy by day and empty at night. Plant on building plots, coaches in yards and machinery on farms are the assets most exposed, which is where patrols at unpredictable hours and solar CCTV towers earn their place.

Ellesmere Security FAQs
Yes. Units on both parks can be added to a mobile patrol route, with shutters, doors and yards checked at varying times. Each check is GPS-stamped and summarised in a digital report, and key holding can be added.
With 19.4% of Shropshire firms in agriculture, rural cover is a core part of what we offer locally. We use solar CCTV towers that need no mains supply, plus patrols that visit farmyards at irregular hours.
Motor trade firms are 3.7% of local businesses, above the 3.0% national level, and sites like Lakeside Coaches keep vehicles overnight. CCTV towers, monitored alarms and overnight patrol checks help protect fleets.
Eight construction sites are mapped within 5km. We protect plots with towers, out-of-hours rounds and, for high-value plant, a static officer, and our control room handles any activation.
Police.uk shows 288 offences in the one-mile area over the year, and the latest quarter was 13% up. Business-related figures are small, with 24 damage and arson offences, but a single loss can be costly for a rural firm.
