Violence and sexual offences accounted for 208, about 53%. Anti-social behaviour followed with 29, criminal damage and arson and public order with 25 each, and other theft with 24. The latest three months ran 18% below the same period a year earlier. Property crime is therefore a small share, but a single theft of plant or a damaged boat shed can be costly; patrols, lighting and towers reduce the chance of either. 389 Recorded crimes in 12 months 208 Violence & sexual offences 29 Anti-social behaviour 25 Criminal damage & arson 25 Public order 24 Other theft Source: [Police.uk](https://www.police.uk) open data, street-level crime within ~1 mile, September 2025 to August 2026.
