Their offices hold equipment and client records but are usually empty at night, so key holding and alarm response are the core services: a vetted SIA-licensed officer attends an activation, checks the building and files a report, instead of a partner driving out. CCTV monitoring adds a watch on entrances between visits. Construction, with 865 firms and 7 sites mapped within 5km, faces plant and materials theft, which site guarding and CCTV towers address. Farms benefit from rural mobile patrols and solar towers, and motor dealers from forecourt CCTV and overnight checks. Every officer we place is BS 7858 vetted and paid through PAYE, and they confirm arrival by GPS and send a digital report after each round. 5,990 Registered businesses in South Kesteven 7 Active construction sites mapped within 5 km 16 Pubs, bars & nightclubs within 5 km ### Industry, shopping and venues near Bourne - **Industrial & business parks:** Britannia Industrial Estate, Warners Midlands plc, Roadphone NRB and Clark Engineering - **Retail parks & shopping centres:** The Burghley Centre ### Venues & Martyn's Law The Late Bar nightclub and Bourne Town FC's ground, The Wakes, are the named venues within 5km.
