Mobile Relief Security Officers across Lancashire

Go Security is recruiting part-time relief Mobile Relief Security Officers in Lancashire. Relief officers move between client sites across the county, covering holidays, sickness and short-notice shifts, so no two weeks are the same.

The role

Covering static guarding shifts at client sites when regular officers are away
Access control, patrols on foot and keeping an eye on premises
Booking on and reporting through our app, with checks and incidents logged as they happen
Following each site's instructions and handing over clearly at the end of a shift

Pay and contract

£12.71 per hour
Part-time, as-needed relief: hours vary with the cover needed
Employed on PAYE, with holiday pay and a workplace pension where eligible

What you need

A current SIA licence (Security Guard or Door Supervisor)
The right to work in the UK
To be 18 or over
Able to travel to client sites across the county (a driving licence and own transport help, but are not essential)

Before your first shift you'll complete our screening checks, as for every Go Security officer.

Around 35 people are already registered in our network across Lancashire, and about 25 of them are SIA-licensed officers. Relief officers join that local pool.
